Alexis is a certified ISSA trainer and passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, our trainer has the knowledge and experience to help you succeed.

Received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Science. She has a background in sports ranging from gymnastics where she finished her career as a level 9 athlete to competing on an all-star level 5 cheer team. Her specialties include kettlebell, TRX, rehab and injury prevention, gymnastics, and all-star cheer.

DabxFit program includes a variety of workouts such as strength training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our trainers will design a workout plan that is tailored to your fitness level and goals.
No, you do not need any equipment to participate in DabxFit program. Our trainers can design workouts that can be done with little to no equipment. However, if you have access to equipment, we can incorporate it into your workout plan to add variety.
DabxFit accepts cash, checks, Cashapp, and Venmo. We do not offer payment plans or breaking up payments.
We understand that life happens. You have 24-48 hours prior to your session to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
